Recent History
2002
Novations formed when outplacement and human resources
leader Drake Beam Morin–Japan (DBMJ) fulfilled
mission to create a consulting and training firm of
unparalleled depth and expertise from the healthiest and
most relevant of the former Provant companies.
2004
DBMJ acquired by Meitec Group of Tokyo.
2006
MCG Global, LLC teams with members of senior management to
acquire Novations Group from Meitc and Drake Beam
Morin–Japan.
2007
Novations Group acquires ProGroup, Inc., a
Minneapolis-based provider of corporate diversity
training.
