Dawn Frazier-Bohnert
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
As Senior Vice President-Human Resources, Dawn
Frazier-Bohnert oversees the organizations Human
Resources function and human capital strategy.
Prior to joining Novations Group, Inc., Dawn was the Vice
President, Global Workforce Diversity, at The Gillette
Company. She was responsible for developing and leading the
Company’s Diversity Strategic Plan—initiatives
that focused on Employee Development, Recruitment,
Retention/Work Environment and Supplier Diversity.
After the Procter & Gamble–Gillette acquisition
announcement; Ms. Frazier-Bohnert was a member of the
Global Gillette and P&G HR Integration Team. Partnering
with P&G’s Global VP of Diversity, she was
responsible for the acquisition’s cultural
integration, retained demographics and shared inclusion
practices.
Ms. Frazier-Bohnert currently serves as a member of the
Board for the Black Achievers Branch, YMCA of Greater
Boston and has been a Big Sister since 1994.
