About Us

Gerry Lupacchino is Senior Vice President for Product Development. He oversees the operations of the product development and curriculum design groups.

Since joining Novations in 1994, he has worked with companies in the retail, financial services, telecom and consumer products markets. He has worked with key clients, including HP, Wal-Mart, Pershing and CreditSuisse/First Boston, on the development and implementation of their diversity initiatives. His work on the creation of an inclusion-focused, skills-based management program has helped Novations expand its practice deeper into the performance management market.

Since 2002, he has helped US based international financial services clients to broaden their work to their international offices in the UK, EU and APAC.
