Jan Thibodeau
Director of Consulting
Jan Thibodeau is a Director of Consulting
for Novations Group, Inc. and is based in Rhode Island. Jan
assesses client needs and designs, develops and delivers
solutions to help organizations develop individual
competencies to achieve business results. She specializes
in talent development processes, tools and training for
leaders, managers and individual contributors.
Prior to joining Novations, Ms. Thibodeau spent
13 years as principal of JT Communications LLC, a
consulting firm providing organizational development and
communication solutions to clients such as Boston
Scientific, Textron, Motorola, HR, Nypro, CVS and others.
She also served as Corporate Communications Manager at
Motorola.
Ms. Thibodeau is the Chair of the International Association
of Business Communicators (IABC) Research Foundation, and
has served on the IABC Board of Directors and as its
Finance Chair.
