Jorge Farķas
Managing Director
Jorge Farías has over twenty-four years of
professional experience in management consulting, coaching
and training. He has worked in business, not-for-profit,
and educational environments. He has spent the past
thirteen years at Novations Group Inc. in the training,
consulting and sales organizations. He has done extensive
work with executives, managers and individual contributors
in Fortune 500 companies. He is presently Managing Director
and manages over twenty training consultants nationally.
Prior to joining Novations in 1993, Dr. Farías
taught graduate-level courses in ethics. He is an
accomplished lecturer, facilitator, executive coach, and
consultant versed in career transition, personal and
professional development, corporate diversity/ inclusion
and management effectiveness.
Dr. Farías has assisted numerous individuals, groups
and organizations in increasing their effectiveness through
a variety of intervention strategies. As a consultant he
has helped organizations in aligning corporate policies
with inclusion plans. As a facilitator he has assisted
executives to understand the business case for diversity
and commit to creating a concrete and effective action
plans. As an executive coach he has assisted individuals in
organizations strategize to maximize momentum and leverage
influencing skills and so to maneuver effectively through
the organization. As director of client services he helped
client organizations determine their needs and create
strategies to address these effectively.
He is fluent in English and Spanish and in addition to
working across the U.S., he has also consulted and
delivered programs in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia,
Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru,
Portugal, Spain, the U.K., and Venezuela.

- M.Div., University of Notre Dame.
- Second master's degree and Doctorate in ethics,
