Michelle Knox
Director of Consulting
Michelle Knox brings over 25 years of experience in
corporate organizational development, to her role as
Director of Consulting at Novations Group. Her work with
Novations’ clients focuses on identifying,
developing, and delivering solutions within the spectrum of
the human capital life cycle.
Prior to joining Novations Group, she held a variety of
line, divisional, and corporate leadership positions in
companies including Motorola, American Express, Blockbuster
Entertainment, California Federal Bank, Office Depot,
Sunglass Hut, ANC Rental, a national retail chain start-up,
and Right Management Consultants.
Much of Ms. Knox’s work has centered on guiding
senior and executive teams in strategic planning and
alignment, communication strategies, talent management,
leadership development, and organizational performance. As
an executive coach, she successfully resolved intrapersonal
and interpersonal dynamics and process issues, to strengthen
team effectiveness. Her individual coaching work focused on
accelerating assimilation, building the executive team, and
targeting derailment issues. Throughout her career, line
management responsibilities have included development of
pro forma, P & L, marketing and advertising,
merchandising, operations, sales, and service.
