Vice President - Talent Management Consulting
Paul Terry is Vice President for Talent
Management Consulting at Novations Group, Inc.
Mr. Terry has responsibility for leading a team of
consultants who specialize in helping organizations improve
their systems and human performance in the areas of
organizational and individual development. The Talent
Management Consulting Group also specializes in assessment
and measurement—providing organizations with data
collection tools, design, administration, and analysis for
measuring individual and organizational results.
He has led consulting engagements with clients in the
pharmaceutical, manufacturing, service, and energy
industries.
Prior to joining Novations, Mr. Terry was Vice President of
Human Resources for a global division of Emerson. He also
spent four years with ExxonMobil in a variety of human
resources. Mr. Terry’s experience includes leading
strategic human resource efforts in Europe, Middle East,
Asia, and Mexico.
