About Us

As Senior Vice President - Product Development and Facilitation Services, Rebecca Hefter oversees the Product Development, Facilitation Services, and Fulfillment groups.

Ms. Hefter’s area of expertise is Organizational Communication. During the last five years, she has designed and delivered facilitation skills and team building programs for project managers, senior executives and team leaders. She also conducts training program that help Novations’ clients become better presenters and trainers.

Before joining Novations, Ms. Hefter was a member of the Communications Department faculty of two universities. She taught courses in Organizational Communication, Interpersonal Communications, Group Dynamics and Speech.

• Dual Master's degree in Communications with concentration in Theory and Public Relations
