About Us

Rebecca Hefter is a Senior Vice President – Facilitation Services for Novations Group, Inc. Since joining the organization in 1988, she has held a number of positions including Communications Practice Vice President, National Program Manager, and Director of Training.

Ms. Hefter’s area of expertise is Organizational Communication. During the last five years, she has designed and delivered facilitation skills and team building programs for project managers, senior executives and team leaders. She also conducts training program that help Novations’ clients become better presenters and trainers.

Before joining Novations, Ms. Hefter was a member of the Communications Department faculty of two universities. She taught courses in Organizational Communication, Interpersonal Communications, Group Dynamics and Speech.
