About Us

Tim Vigue credits his 12 years in Human Resources for his passion for people development. Since joining Behavioral Technology, Inc. (now Novations Selection Practice) in 1997, he has held various positions including Account Consultant, Strategic Account Manager, and Vice President of Consulting Services. In these roles, Tim utilized his background in human resources, recruiting and training within a wide range of organizations and industries.

In his present role as a Practice Leader, Tim is responsible for overseeing the development of Novations Selection capabilities and providing subject matter expertise to both clients and Novations employees. His pragmatic and client focused approach, working with organizations such as Deloitte, Pfizer, Boston Scientific, DaimlerChrysler Services and Caremark, has helped those organizations maximize the performance, contribution and retention of their talent.
