Verna Ford
Executive Consultant
Verna Ford is an Executive Consultant,
expert at partnering with senior leadership of Fortune 1000
companies in order to increase the capacity of their
workforce and realize a powerful vision for the future. For
the past twenty years, she has used her skills to help
organizations uncover and leverage the hidden strengths of
their employees, building a bridge between business
strategy and human performance.
Ms. Ford puts her training in psychology and sociology to
use through a "collaborative leadership" model.
This approach helps senior executives create powerful,
performance-driven employees by achieving a synthesis of
organizational mission, personal meaning, and bottom line
results.
A graduate of the University of Alabama, Ms. Ford is an
established author and expert in strategic planning,
executive coaching, and mentoring.
