Goal
The goal of this audit is to help you identify potential improvement areas in your organization’s approach to selection.
Description
There are four separate “factors,” and each factor has six associated items. These factors are:
- Organizational Alignment and Support
- Selection Process
- Selection Tools
- Selection Training and Skills
Instructions
Rate each of the 24 items (six items for each of four factors), using these rating scale anchors:
1 = Strongly Disagree
3 = Neutral
5 = Strongly Agree
After you complete the ratings, there will be further instructions about interpreting the results.
