Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
Novations’ roots are in helping our clients to
understand the value of a diverse and inclusive workplace,
and so in our own company we strive to create an
environment that allows everyone to share in creating
business success. Our culture fosters acceptance of
employees for their distinctive skills, experience, and
perspectives. In our annual workplace satisfaction
survey, employees have consistently and strongly agreed
with the comment that “Age, background, gender,
ethnicity, race, etc… will not limit me in this
organization.” These fundamental beliefs are
best summed up by Mike Hyter, President and Chief Operating
Officer of Novations, in his recently published book The
Power of Inclusion, stating that “inclusion and a
culture of development will bring about the most satisfying
professional experiences and best business results.”
