Career Coach
Position Summary: The Career Coaches’ primary responsibility is to provide face-to-face and telephone professional development coaching for leaders from diverse backgrounds within Fortune 500 organizations. Clients are primarily from African American, Asian, and Latino backgrounds.
Client Services and Operations Admin
The Client Service and Operations Administrator (CSOA) is responsible for partnering with and supporting other Client Service team members to ensure that all internal/external client needs are met and all projects are implemented at the highest standard. Responsibilities may include: data entry, proofreading, coordination and shipment of marketing materials, front desk back-up, program close activities, tracking shipments, business research, and special projects as assigned. In addition, the CSOA provides administrative support to other departments in the organization.
