Design Assistant
Position Summary: The Design Assistant is primarily responsible for the revision of existing program materials and the text layout and graphic design of new program materials to meet customer needs using InDesign and Quark publishing software. He/she will be proofing and editing program materials, coordinating project logistics with printing vendor, team members and clients. The design assistant is also responsible for maintaining data in internal systems to ensure accuracy and completeness and maintaining material file integrity and quality.

Position Summary: The Career Coaches’ primary responsibility is to provide face-to-face and telephone professional development coaching for leaders from diverse backgrounds within Fortune 500 organizations. Clients are primarily from African American, Asian, and Latino backgrounds.
