Project Management Professional Certified Facilitator (Trainer)
A Project Management Facilitator’s primary responsibility is to deliver Novations' services in accordance with academic standards for the curriculum, meeting or exceeding client expectations. Novations' services include the following: Communication, Diversity/Inclusion, Efficacy, Individual Development, Selection, Leadership and Management Development, Succession Planning, Training, Competency Modeling, Negotiation and Collaboration, Project Management, and Measurement and Assessment.
As Facilitators progress in their Novations' career they are encouraged and developed to take on additional responsibilities such as customizing, program design, sales support, and/or executive consulting.
Deployment Analyst/Training Scheduling Specialist
The Deployment Analyst’s role is to efficiently provide training resources for our training programs. The Deployment
Analyst is also responsible for maximizing the utilization of the salaried Training Group resources within the
practices they schedule and to accurately use OpenAir to deploy resources, process timesheets, and Travel and
Expenses. He/She will also provide accurate data for the utilization report.

Warehouse and Shipping Coordinator
