It is common practice for organizations to separate their
employee engagement and diversity and inclusion (D&I)
initiatives. At some companies, these initiatives are
managed by entirely separate functions. But the most
effective engagement initiatives are focused on broad
inclusion - and the most effective D&I initiatives
recognize that the real goal is to achieve high levels of
engagement for all employees. Diversity, inclusion and
engagement must be about ensuring all employees develop the
skills and receive the support to do their best work. In
this webinar, we will use the Four Stages model of employee
contribution to demonstrate what it takes for diverse
employees to remain fully engaged during their careers.
