Effective Communicating is designed for
professionals who present ideas, information, or proposals
internally and externally either formally or informally
(stand-up or conference setting).
This program offers experiential presentation skills
training, combined with powerful video recorded practice
and feedback. It includes managing tough Q&A plus the
Novations Grid, a special tool for content development.
You will learn to:

Effectively use your voice and eye communication,
gestures, and movement to maintain listener interest and
demonstrate confidence

Manage Q&A sessions successfully.
The two-day program offers intensive, experiential training
that includes classroom practice, extensive videotaping, and
private coaching.
