2009 Voice of the Customer Survey
Novations goal is to partner with our clients to address
the Talent Development issues that challenge them and to
consistently provide the best possible customer service. In
order to remain aligned with our clients’ evolving
needs, Novations conducts an annual Voice of the Customer
survey.
This year we heard from over 140 client
organizations. We thank all of our clients who
participated; your feedback and insights into our
performance, services, and brand will help us better
accomplish our mutually beneficial goals.
The survey contains two parts;
• Client Satisfaction: client feedback on
their satisfaction with our partnership. This data is
proprietary and confidential information available only to

• Market Insights: client insights
regarding their Training & Development needs for the
