One-Day Program and Three-Day Certification

Program participants will understand that diversity extends far beyond age, ethnicity, and gender, to include work style, location, education, religion, tenure, physical attributes and abilities, family status and more.

Upon completion of Appreciating Differences, participants will:

• Recognize bias—where it comes from and how it affects our interactions, decisions, and behaviors.
• Apply skills learned in the program to improve employee interactions in order to sustain inclusive environments.
• Develop a meaningful plan to apply the concepts learned in this course to create a competitive advantage.

Appreciating Differences is also offered as a three-day Train-the-Trainer Certification program for organizations who wish to deliver the workshop internally.
