Communications Skills for Leaders
Communications Skills for Leaders is designed for
people who have responsibility for direct reports, people
who have lead teams, people who must influence others to
achieve business goals and strategies.
Our approach focuses on skills, tools, and models for
leaders and managers who frequently find themselves in
challenging communication situations, such as giving and
receiving difficult feedback; implementing major change and
communicating unpopular inherited messages.
