Leadership Competency Models
The development of a leadership competency model,
assessment, training, and coaching solutions will provide a
robust framework for identifying and developing the present
and future leaders. It will provide leaders with a common
language for communicating performance and development
expectations. The emphasis will be on self-directed tools
for career planning and individual’s assuming
