Lack of Diversity at Higher Levels

Following the results of an organization-wide satisfaction survey, the executives of a dot.com were surprised to learn that their employees felt strongly about the lack of diversity at higher levels of management. Prior to the survey, executives assumed that issues of race or prejudice did not exist within the company.

Solution

Results
