Diversity/Inclusion Measurement
Two measurement tools—The Diversity & Inclusion
Survey and The Inclusion Indicator—provide a
diversity/inclusion assessment of individuals and the
organization.
The Diversity & Inclusion Survey uses a diagonal slice
of the organization— people from all levels,
functions and locations of the organization—to
provide an understanding of organizational strengths and
weaknesses, as well as employee perceptions, required of a
successful diversity initiative. Results can be broken down
by race, gender, location or other important variables.
The Inclusion Indicator is a multi-rater assessment
designed for all manager and executives within the
organization.
It provides managers with feedback on their observable
behavior in managing diversity and inclusion. The feedback
is organized according to five key diversity and inclusion
competencies: Making the Business Case; Demonstrating
Diversity Awareness; Eliminating Negative Treatment;
Providing Quality Treatment; and Leading the Mission.
