Managing Inclusion and Exploring Inclusion are
complementary programs designed to create an inclusive
environment where all employees can perform their best
work. Managing Inclusion is designed for executives,
managers and supervisors. Exploring Inclusion is designed
for exempt staff and individual contributors.
Exploring Inclusion demonstrates why it is imperative for
all employees to cultivate diverse, cohesive teams and how
they can be best positioned to deliver continuously
improving performance.
You will:
- Explore assumptions and attitudes about
diversity
- Learn the personal and organizational benefits of
valuing diversity
- Take steps to create a more inclusive work
environment
Managing Inclusion teaches concepts, and tools that
managers can use to maximize productivity and fully-utilize
all employees, by creating an inclusive environment where
everybody performs their best work.
You will:
- Learn to conduct a productive development discussion
with employees to maximize contribution
- Develop a concise, powerful way of thinking about and
effectively managing a diverse workforce
- Learn to make job assignments that provide sufficient
challenge to engage people without overwhelming them
