Efficacy
Overview
Efficacy is a foundational program which provides a
vehicle for people of color, women, or any other group of
employees that has not traditionally had a “seat at
the table” in an organization, to build and sustain
confidence (intellectual, political and social) and
effective effort in order to achieve successful outcomes.
Efficacy programs emphasize the need for confidence and
effective effort for success in all endeavors.
The Benefits of our Efficacy Program
The comment heard most often from Efficacy graduates is
“Efficacy changed my life.” Over the last 30
years, Efficacy has inspired thousands of people of color,
women, and men to develop their potential and achieve
success in corporate America.
