Leadership Development Series
Designed for professionals across all career stages who
want to develop their leadership abilities and increase
their contribution to the organization.
This program is built around the Skills and Strategies
necessary to effectively move through and manage others
through the Four Stages® of Contribution. The Series
focuses on the value of creating a capacity-building
environment that leverages the skills of the current
diverse workforce.
The Leadership Development Series consists of a
½-day introductory module, plus a menu of 14
half-day Critical Management Situations from which to
select.
