Negotiation Through Collaboration is designed
for retail professionals across all career stages who want
to develop their leadership abilities and increase
contribution to the organization.
This program utilizes case studies that show participants
what to do in virtually any negotiating situation. It
includes a set of Core Negotiating Skills and focuses on
specific strategies for Critical Negotiation Situations.
The Series offers a half-day introductory module plus a
menu of eight Critical Negotiation Situations.
