groups, etc.) – to guide strategic decision-making and
influence budget allocation. They also help identify optimal
training content, targets, timing and application.

Impact Surveys are a valuable tool for measuring the
impact of training and development initiatives – and
determining whether or not an initiative has met its
objectives and resulted in behavioral change.
