Designed for professionals who formally or informally
manage, coordinate, or supervise the work of others, this
program incorporates Novations’ proprietary
contribution model and proven methodologies.

- Understand and value of the transition from
contributing independently to contributing through others
- Conduct a productive development discussion with
employees to maximize their contributions
- Make job assignments that are sufficiently challenging
to engage employees without overwhelming them

Program length/facilitators
One day facilitated by a Novations trainer.
Licensing/trainer development
Program licensing is available. Trainer development is
supported by Novations’ Train-the-Trainer
certification process.
